Return Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has shipped to file for a return! Contact us at hellodeets@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Deets will not cover any return costs. Returns will only be accepted if your items are in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
No exchanges available due to personalised nature of the business.
International Returns
International orders will have the opportunity to be returned, however, any shipping or duties/taxes from this return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care goods such as beauty products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return fees will be covered by the buyer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Returns requested within the 30-day return will be credited to your original payment method once your return has been examined and reviewed by our fulfillment team. Certain banks and credit card companies take longer for refunds to be processed. Please wait 10 business days after your return has been shipped to contact us at hellodeets@gmail.com for any updates on your refund status.
